WHISKY CLASSES

From the Scottish highlands to a small single pot still distillery in western Victoria, discover the world of whisky with one of our classes

Whether you are just commencing your journey through the single malt whisky world, or are armed with plenty of knowledge already, our staff can take you on a guided tour through all things whisky.

The class will run through a brief history of whisky, how to taste whisky like pro, information on the different distilleries, what makes each whisky special.

Whisky classes will run for around 45min and include sampling of 5 drams and a pot on arrival.

Whisky Business- $60 per person  (min 5 people)

Your whisky class malts will consist of Monkey Shoulder, Glenfiddich 12yr, Glenmorangie OG, Laphroaig 10 & Teeling Small Batch

If are interested in some of our rarer malts for a class please get in contact so we can tailor some other whisky’s to suit your palate.

COCKTAIL CLASSES

Always wanted to learn how to make an espresso martini, cosmo or old fashioned? You have come to the right place!

Choose from our white or dark spirit classes and our resident mixologist will show you how to muddle, stir shake it and then taste it.

$80 per person (min 4 people. max 10 people - we can do back to back sessions for bigger groups)

Includes training and making 3 cocktails per person
